Terms of sale

Article 1 – Objet

The following terms of sale (TOS) detail the rights and obligations of the Etudes France company and its Clients in the context of the sale of its services.

Article 2 – Scope

The Etudes France company suggests its clients should read attentively these TOS.

Any order implies full acceptance of these TOS.

The caracteristics of the products are given on the www.etudes-france.org website. It is the responsability of the client to take them into account before placing their order.

The photographs or graphics used on the website are not contractual.

These TOS apply to all transactions made through the website or the networks of the Etudes France company.

Any physical or moral person placing an order with the Etudes France company via the secured payment platform is considered a Client.

Article 3 –  Order

The services provided by the Etudes France company are shown on its website. Every service comes with a description.

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TOS.

The Etudes France company confirms orders by email. It will show in particular the details of orders.

The Etudes France company cannot be hold responsible in case of the impossibility of selling a service. If a service is unavailable after placing an order, the Etudes France company will inform the Client by email. His order will automatically be cancelled and the Client will get your money back as soon as possible.

Article 4 –  Price of products

The services proposed on our website show prices in euros including tax. The VAT amount, if applicable, is shown on the invoice received by the Client.

The Etudes France company reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Nevertheless, services are invoiced according to current prices at the time of registering the order.

In any case, a Client might not demand the application of discounts that are out of date on the order date.

Article 5 –  Methods of payment

Orders must be payed by bank card or PayPal account or bank tranfer.

The payment must be made on the order day.

A payment by bank card is made through a secured connection. The secured online payment by bank card is made through the Stripe company (https://stripe.com). The transmitted information are encrypted by a software and cannot be read during its transport on the Internet. The security of this system is guaranteed by the Stripe company, under its full responsability and by no means under that of Etudes France.

A payment by bank transfer is also possible. The bank details of the Etudes France company can be downloaded from the website.

In case of payment by bank transfer, registration to the proposed service will only become actual from the reception of the amount by the Etudes France company. The average wait is 3 to 5 working days. The Client will be informed of it and will receive their invoice by email.

Article 6 – Cooling-off period

The right of retractation does not apply to the purchase of online consultancy or training from the time when the service started to be carried out. Before the service started, within a 14 working days period running from the order date, the Client can cancel it without charges after filling in the retractation form, which is in appendix of these TOS, and sending it by email to the following adress: [email protected]. The sums paid will be refunded after deducting the costs of online transaction: 1.4% of the sum of the order + 0.25 euros for payments made by a european bank card and 2.9% of the sum of the order + 0.25 euros for payments made by a non european bank card.

Article 7 – Access to the hotline chat

Right after reception of your payment or at the notice given on the order date, the Client will receive an email from one of our consultants, which will indicate the execution details of the service and will provide them with their login details to the hotline chat (when this service is included in the service).

This email is sent to the email address given by the Client at the time of order. Therefore it is recommended to be watchful when entering their personal information at the time of order.

The Client must keep their login details private in a secure way so they can access the hotline chat.

In case of problems to access your login details or in case you do not receive an email from our consultant, the Client should contact us by email to the following address: [email protected] .

Article 8 – Modifications

The Etudes France company reserves the right to make modifications on its website, its TOS or any execution procedure of the services.

Article 9 – Personnal data

In the context of the data protection act, the Client might make use of a right of access and correction of the data stored in our database.

Article 10 – Responsability

The Etudes France company cannot, in any case, be hold responsible in case of a temporary or permanent unavailability of its website. Although we do everything so to keep the services up and running permanently, it might be interrupted. Futhermore, the Etudes France company reserves the right, by a deliberate act, to make its website unavailable so to carry out upgrading, improvement or maintenance operations.

The Etudes France company disclaims all liability in case the Client is refused the issue of a visa. In the context of its services, the Etudes France company is subject to best effort undertaking but not to an obligation to get results.

Article 11 –  Intellectual property

All services provided by the Etudes France company are intended to a private use and are its intellectual property.

Any full or partial reproduction or broadcast of the services provided by the Etudes France company to third parties is illegal.

It is forbidden to delete copyrights, branding or any other legal references from the materials provided by the Etudes France company.

Article 12 – Customer relationship – After-sales service

For any information, question or claim, the Client can send an email to the customer service: [email protected]  (reply within 48 hours).

Article 13 – Dispute settlement

Any dispute related to the interpretation and application of these TOS is subject to French law. In case no amicable solving is found, the dispute will be taken to the commercial court of Paris.
